Founder
Nicaela is the heart behind Collab Marketing Co. With over a decade of hands-on experience in sales and marketing—including her time leading the charge as Director of Sales & Marketing at Q Living Furniture—she brings both big-picture strategy and get-it-done energy to everything she touches.
But marketing isn’t her only thing. When she’s not behind the scenes building campaigns and creative strategies, you’ll find her soaking up the outdoors—camping, paddleboarding, or snowboarding her way through the seasons. She shares life with her husband and their fluffy sidekick Bunker (aka the world’s most handsome black-headed tri corgi).
Originally from Vancouver and later based in Victoria, Nicaela holds a degree in Developmental Psychology from UBC, where she led research teams and even presented at Harvard—earning 3rd place in an international competition (because, of course she did 👏).
