With nearly a decade of experience as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Q Living Furniture, a prominent home goods retailer in the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island, Nicaela has established herself as a leader in business growth and innovation. Her expertise spans from launching an inventory-aware website with over 30,000 unique SKUs to orchestrating a successful rebranding effort that included brand design and strategic marketing materials.
In addition to her digital accomplishments, Nicaela has organized and maintaned presence at over 25 trade shows, including major exhibitions at BC Place and the Vancouver Convention Centre. Her hands-on experience in organizing and executing booth presentations underscores her commitment to excellence in every aspect of marketing. With a passion for content creation, editing, and data-driven decision-making, Nicaela ensures that Collab Marketing Co. delivers impactful campaigns tailored to each client’s needs. Nicaela is the heart behind Collab Marketing Co. With over a decade of hands-on experience in sales and marketing—including her time leading the charge as Director of Sales & Marketing at Q Living Furniture—she brings both big-picture strategy and get-it-done energy to everything she touches.
But marketing isn’t her only thing. When she’s not behind the scenes building campaigns and creative strategies, you’ll find her soaking up the outdoors—camping, paddleboarding, or snowboarding her way through the seasons. She shares life with her husband and their fluffy sidekick Bunker (aka the world’s most handsome black-headed tri corgi).
Originally from Vancouver and later based in Victoria, Nicaela holds a degree in Developmental Psychology from UBC, where she led research teams and even presented at Harvard—earning 3rd place in an international competition (because, of course she did 👏).
